Talk to a Volunteer – Medtronic Pain Ambassador Program - Medtronic Tame the Pain
Rejoin Your Life

Talk with a Medtronic Pain Ambassador to hear what it's like to live with neurostimulation therapy or drug delivery therapy.

Wondering what it’s like to receive spinal cord stimulation or drug delivery therapy? Talk with a Medtronic Pain Ambassador! An ambassador is an individual who is living with one of our pain therapies and has volunteered to share his or her experience.

The Medtronic Pain Therapies Ambassador Program gives individuals who are considering spinal cord stimulation or drug delivery therapy the opportunity to talk via telephone with someone who is living with the therapy. These ambassadors want to share their experience with you and answer your questions. Because they have lived with chronic pain and now are receiving a Medtronic pain therapy, ambassadors provide helpful insight.

Common questions for an ambassador include:

  • When did you begin receiving neurostimulation therapy?
  • What did you experience during the screening test?
  • How has spinal cord stimulation changed your life?

Please note that the Ambassador Program is for individuals who are considering neurostimulation or drug delivery therapy and not for those who already have the therapy. There is no cost to talk with a Medtronic Pain Ambassador.

Fill out the short form below to be contacted by a Medtronic Pain Ambassador. We’ll try to match you with someone whose situation is similar to yours. An ambassador will contact you by phone within 7 days of your request.

Anyone under the age of 18 is not eligible for this program.

You may revoke permission to add your contact information to the Medtronic database for chronic pain at any time by emailing tamethepain@medtronic.com or sending a request in writing to: Medtronic Tame the Pain, 7000 Central Avenue NE, RCE 240, Minneapolis, MN 55432-3576.
